You’ve been playing all day and made it to the final match of the regular season. The match is even at 3-3 and it’s down to you in the number 3 singles line to determine the conference champion.
It’s your third match point of the day, but your opponent has been able to fight off the first three match points with huge serves and penetrating groundstrokes. Your opponent’s lefty first serve hits the top of the net tape and bounces wide. Relief!!
In anticipation of facing your opponent’s nasty left-handed spinning second serve, you wait nervously. Your opponent strikes the serve. The moment slows for you and you see that ball curving in mid air towards your backhand.
You prepare yourself by taking your racquet back and focusing on the trajectory of the ball. The ball lands inside the service box with a nasty bounce. You don’t wait for the ball to get up on you and into your body, you step in and take the ball early and rip the ball down the line for a clean winner.
Wouldn't you love to have a photograph of that moment when your racquet hit the ball and you could see the grit determination for victory on your face? Maybe the photograph would win an award of its own, like that one of a fabulous Young Harris College tennis player up there and be featured in a sports magazine!
Kelley of Pear Tree Photography Atlanta can freeze the motion for you so you can stop time and have a photograph to authenticate that story you tell your buddies that they may or may not believe. Even if it's not the winning stroke of the match.
And what if you’re not a tennis player? Kelley's got you covered. She photographs all sports including baseball, basketball, cross country running, football, golf, lacrosse, mountain biking, soccer, etc.
